We are so happy with our master bedroom and bath remodel! The designer gave us a vision of what our space could be and Groot Builders did a great job executing the plan. Every person who came to our house was professional, friendly, and did excellent work.

We were introduced to Groot Builders Inc. when we were looking for replacement windows. An industry friend recommended Groot and we were thrilled with the work that they did, especially because of our older home and the challenges of making the interior trim look good. They killed it. Our daughter was getting married that fall and they were sensitive to our calendar and what the disruption was going to do to our plans for entertaining relatives from out of state.
The next year when we decided to add on to our deck and rebuild an old, dying pergola, we knew we had to talk to Groot about the project. Once we had the preliminary architectural drawing, we were able to work closely with Scott Mulder on the options for the construction including methods, styles and material choices. Because we were trying to stay within a budget, Scott was always conscious of helping us with the good, better, best choices to help control our cost. Derek, one of Groot’s lead foremen was incredible when it came to telling him the look we were going for and he would magically make it appear. Derek’s ability to listen to what my wife wanted and for him to visualize it and then produce a mock up was amazing. He is a true craftsman.
